I’d say the pricing on Enneagram Institute is reasonable overall. The test and the info were actually helpful, and I never got the sense they were trying to squeeze extra money out of people for basic stuff.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I do think a few things could be cheaper or maybe bundled in a smarter way. But compared to a lot of other personality sites out there, this one holds up well.

I ordered a book from the Enneagram Institute, and the website itself was easy enough to use. Checkout was smooth and everything seemed fine at first. But after that, I didn’t really get many updates, and the delivery ended up taking way longer than I expected. Not sure how to explain it, but it just felt like I was left waiting without much info. The book did eventually arrive and it was okay, but by then I kind of needed it already. Overall, the product was fine, but the slow shipping was disappointing...

I emailed the Enneagram Institute about an issue with my account. They did get back to me and were polite, but it took a bit longer than I thought it would. The first response also felt sorta generic, like it wasn’t fully addressing my question. It did get sorted out in the end, so overall it was okay, just not the smoothest experience...

I’m a bit confused because I could barely hear anything. I kept turning the volume up and checking my settings, but the audio was still really bad...

I used Enneagram Institute to take a test and read through some of the material. At first, everything seemed straightforward and I didn’t feel like they were being pushy or doing anything weird with my info. The privacy pages were easy enough to find too, which helped. That said, the more I clicked around, the more I found myself second-guessing how much I actually trusted the site. Nothing major happened, but that initial comfort wore down a little over time

Just a warning to anyone thinking about ordering here: getting my refund has been way more difficult than it should be. I’ve been waiting and still haven’t received it, and the whole process has been frustrating. Definitely something to keep in mind before you buy

It got my type right, the results felt really "accurate" to me. I was impressed with how well it matched.

I couldn’t make sense of my results at all. I feel like if people are paying for something like this, the least they deserve is a clear explanation they can actually understand. It just left me confused and frustrated.

The instructor was helpful at times. Some parts were clear. Other parts felt a little uneven. Overall, it was okay

I got some helpful reflection out of the enneagram parts, and it did give me a few things to think about later, kind of like when you hear one comment in a conversation and it sticks with you while you’re doing dishes. But overall, it felt more psychological than spiritual to me. Not bad at all, just more like a solid intro or basics guide than something really deep. I was hoping for a bit more soul-searching, I guess. Still glad I read it, though.

I did the certification through the Enneagram Institute and felt like it was a good value for the money. The material was solid, and I’ve actually been able to use a lot of it in my work. Some sections did feel a little old-school though, and at one point I was like, wait, are we seriously still doing it this way? But then I got over it because the core content was genuinely useful. Overall, I’m glad I took it.

The checkout process was kind of frustrating. The payment page kept freezing on me, so it took longer than it should have. When it worked, it was fine, but overall it felt hit or miss

I went to one of their workshops and got more out of it than I expected. The instructor explained everything in a really straightforward way, and the group discussions made it feel practical instead of just theory. A lot of the common mistakes they pointed out felt totally avoidable once someone actually explained them clearly...

I guess it’s fine if you like a really structured experience, but for me it felt way too boxed in. It didn’t end up being very helpful, though I can see how it might work for someone who doesn’t need much flexibility

I checked out the site after a friend brought up enneagram stuff, and it was helpful. Some of the pages go on a little too long, but the type descriptions felt weirdly accurate for me in a few places. Not like 100% perfect or anything, but it definitely gave me some stuff to think about.

I was hoping the type pages would go a little deeper, but they felt short and basic to me. A lot of it was the same general traits I’ve seen before, without many examples or real-life context. It also had that kind of “no real person behind it” feeling, like it was missing a more personal or thoughtful touch

I was disappointed with this. The book recommendations felt kind of random and didn’t really match what I like to read, so they weren’t very helpful. On top of that, the reminders were way too aggressive, it felt like I was constantly being nudged to check things or respond. Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience for me.

I tried one of the courses hoping it would break things down more clearly and include some practical examples I could actually use. There were a few helpful sections, but a lot of it felt like the same basic ideas being repeated without going much deeper.

The videos and materials also seemed a bit dated compared with other platforms I’ve used, where the lessons feel more polished and current. For the price, I expected better organization and fresher content. It wasn’t a complete waste, but I’m not in a hurry to buy another course from here
